Limited Edition Software Suites are sold at HALF of the commercial retail value with the understanding that the software and documents provided on the Limited Edition is not complete and will require updating. This is NOT a commercial edition. We want to be sure that you are aware of this. During the time it takes to complete the software, customers are able to take advantage of the benefits of the existing display screens, reports etc.
Customers will receive updates to the Limited Edition suite at NO CHARGE until a commercial edition is published by the Biofeedback Foundation of Europe.

SUITE CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Each Limited Edition Software Suite is designed and created by experts and specialized practitioners for use in professional and research settings. The software, and all documentation to accompany the software, is guided by the suite author(s). This software will undergo continuous editing and updates, and will inevitably contain bugs, errors, or require fixes. Customers are encouraged to provide feedback on the software, software manuals, and other documents included with the suite. The BFE does its best to act on suggestions from users on what needs to be changed, clarified, or otherwise improved for the future commercial editions. The software content includes assessment, treatment methods and techniques for the intended use and efficacy of durable medical equipment (DME). This content is solely the responsibility of the software authors and developers and not those of the foundation. Each BFE research & education team is organized to check the accuracy of claims contained within this software and the accompanying documents. However, the foundation is not liable for errors of omission or commission by the team.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT DISCLAIMER
Each foundation team will do its utmost to investigate and try to discover, and resolve any and all technical issues that BFE customers report on Limited Editions Software Suites.

That noted, the foundation does not charge for this service, nor does it make any promises with respect to the time it will take customers to receive technical support on Limited Edition Software Suites purchased from the online shop. The time will depend on the customer's location in the world, network connection, software and other factors beyond the control of the foundation. We appreciate concerns from customers that need to serve their clients and researchers that have to collect data from research subjects.
